Revit Panel Schedules not totaling correctly?

Following is a good post on AUGI about Revit Panel Schedules not totaling correctly.  The issue is with the Load Classification Parameter.  For those fighting with this, give this thread a read and watch the video (thanks to Martin Schmid from Autodesk).
