Revit 2018 What's New?

What is your impression of the new features in Revit 2018?
I'm really liking what they've done with the Ribbon and Options Bar melding together! 😝

AutoCAD MEP Conduit Hangers

Working with AutoCAD MEP Conduit Hangers.  I have a workaround below.  Please feel free to try it out, and most importantly feel free to respond in the comments if you find this to be rubbish and can suggest better options.  It is not an assembly, but this can be a convenient work around.

Measure your overall outside distance for your conduit bank:

Enter the HANGERADD command to get the dialog below:

Determine the desired offset distance from the OD face of the opposite side conduit, we will say 3” in this case, so that gives us a Left Channel Offset of 4’-4 5/8” (4’-1 5/8” + 3”)
