Don't forget http://www.arcat.com/bim/bim_objects.shtml . Some of their RFAs have MEP connectors.

Cooper Industries (Cooper Lighting) is starting to develop a lot more Revit families. Granted, they're still doing it "wrong" but at least they're there...
